We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases on jrparts.fr.
However, if a product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to withdraw and return it.

1. Withdrawal Period

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide any reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, the product must:

  • Be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions…)

  • Not have been used, installed, or damaged

  • Be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase

⚠️ Some specific products (e.g., custom-made, personalized, or electrical parts) are not eligible for withdrawal, in accordance with the law.

3. Return Procedure

Include your order number and the product you wish to return.

Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

Then send the package to the address provided.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of order error or defective product.

In such cases, return shipping will be covered by jrparts.fr.

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within a maximum of 14 days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order (unless otherwise agreed).

6. Defective or Non-Compliant Products

If you receive a defective or non-compliant product, please contact our customer service immediately upon receipt.
We will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
